A Swanton man who allegedly threatened to shoot employees and "blow up" a rental car company was arrested Friday by Garrett County Sheriff's Office deputies. The Cumberland Times News reports Milton Reed Bowman, 56, was charged with making a threat of mass destruction, threatening arson and telephone misuse. He was being held Friday in the Garrett County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
