A single vehicle crash in Garrett County Friday evening led to the arrest of a 41 year old Cumberland man and a 38 year old Kitzmiller woman.
Tavares Rudolph was the passenger and faces numerous drug possession and distribution, and weapons charges, while the driver, Wendy Bray, was charged with having a handgun in a vehicle.
