According to AAA, gas prices are expected to fall in 2013. Currently, the average price nationally has fallen below the price in the same month a year ago; however, the average price of gas in Cumberland sits at $3.52, more than a year ago, and more than the national average of $3.31. AAA also reports that the state of Maryland, Pennsylvannia and Delaware are some of the only state paying more than last year.
