Gas Prices Expected To Increase

Drivers will notice an increase in the price of a gallon of gasoline at the pump in the next week or so. Gas prices are expected to rise in the East Coast and northeast due to a switch-over in blends.  Pumps will switch from cheaper winter gasoline to summer gasoline. GasBuddy.com  reports that as the summer gasoline begins to reach pumps across the Northeast and East Coast, it's possible prices will rise from 10 to 20 cents a gallon over the next 7 to 10 days across most areas of the northeast and East Coast. The larger increases are expected in major metro areas, where more stringent summer gasoline blends are required. Patrick DeHaan, is the senior petroleum analyst at GasBuddy…
