Prices at the pump still dropping, although just slightly in Cumberland. Heading into the weekend, the pirce of a gallon of regular unleaded locally stood at $1.69  a gallon- down one cent from a week ago, but down 16 cents from a month ago. In Maryland there was a four cent decrease from last week with the average at $1.70. Nationally prices held steady at $1.72
