Gerrymandering, DREAM Act, Same-Sex Marriage on November Ballot

According to WBAL News, the Maryland State Board of Elections has put the state's congressional redistricting map on the ballot in November for voters. Approximately 59,201 signatures were accepted by the board- more than the 55,736 needed for a referendum on the ballot. Also on the November ballot, voters will decide to approve a law allowing same-sex marriage in November, in addition to a law allowing illegal immigrants to pay in-state tuition at state colleges.
