It was a somewhat gloomy fiscal picture for the city of Cumberland presented by Davenport and Company- the Virginia based investment firm retained to examine the city’s financial recovery process. Company representatives provided an extension look at the past few years of city finances and trends, as well as projecting ahead- and overall there seemed to be more bad than good to report.
