Maryland Governor Larry Hogan spent Friday in Allegany County with a number of stops with a focus on economic development. To kick off the day, the governor delivered remarks at the inaugural Technology at the Gap Conference at Rocky Gap Resort- and he closed the day participating in a small business round table at Frostburg State University.
