Maryland Governor Larry Hogan spent three days in Western Maryland last month- and while there are no immediate plans for a return, he expects such visits to become routine. Hogan conducted a cabinet meeting in Hagerstown in October, and met with Allegany County officials before participating in the Fall Harvest Parade in Garrett County.
