Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has scheduled a media briefing for 3:00 PM today in Annapolis.
Hogan has been making the national media rounds for several weeks, but has been having state news conferences as needed to announce key updates.
West Virginia Governor Jim Justice will hold his daily COVID-19 virtual press conference at 1:00 PM today.
WCBC News has been invited to cover the briefing, and we will participate.
