Grand Jury Indictment
On Friday, the Cumberland Police Department served a Grand Jury Indictment on Andrew Jacob Getz for possession with the intent to distribute PCP/LSD/ Hallucinogen. She was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center until he can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.
Andrew Jacob Getz, age; 40, Cumberland, Maryland.
Theft Arrest
Also Friday police responded to the Dollar Tree at White Oak’s Plaza for a female that a store employee had detained for attempting to steal merchandise. When the officer arrived, contact was made with the store employee who stated that she detained Kara Inez Miller after she tried to leave the store without paying for merchandise that she concealed in her backpack. Miller was arrested and issued a criminal citation for theft and released pending trial.
