During this week’s budget discussion, Cumberland Mayor Brian Grim said that the highlights include no increase in the trash collection fee- infact additional services will be provided with no cost to the customer. The garbage fee will include a once-weekly curbside pickup of recyclable materials for no increase in the fee. Grim said Burgmeier’s Hauling, the new company selected for garbage pickup, will accept about anything that can be taken to a recycling center…
