Although faced with a million dollar deficit in the sewer fund and no plan to implement a tax hike- it appears unlikely city personnel need to be concerned with this years budget process. As the Cumberland city council continues to move toward finalizing a fiscal year 2014 budget, Mayor Brian Grim says he sees no scenario that would impact jobs.
