Growing Heroin Problem To Be A Top Priority

Maryland’s Governor-elect Larry Hogan has identified the growing heroin problem in the state as one his administration’s top priorities- and locally, law enforcement has been attempting to get a handle on the situation for some time. Allegany County Sheriff Craig Robertson talked with WCBC News about the local efforts in battling the drug problem in the area, especially heroin.  He says that several deputies have been trained in the use of the drug naloxone, which can reverse a life-threatening overdose.
