Three residents of the region each face up to 20 years in jail and potentially a $1 million fine after pleading guilty to a Grant County based heroin and prescription drug trafficking ring in U S District Court. 58-year old Sandra Gibbons, of Moorefield, 31-year old Richard Gibson, of Petersburg, and 24-year old Autumn Forbeck will be sentenced in the near future.
