Hagerstown 7-11 Robbed

On 1-15-2016 at approximately 0020 hours, troopers from the Hagerstown Barrack responded to the

7-11 store, 19340 Leitersburg Pike, Hagerstown, for a reported armed robbery.  Employees there stated a white male, appx. 5’10”, 170lbs, wearing a white flat brim hat, black and white bandana on his face, a black puffy jacket and blue jeans entered the store and approached the register.  He displayed a chrome revolver with a white grip and demanded money from the register.  The clerk handed him the money and the suspect fled out the front door and then to the rear of the store. Maryland State Police K9 ran a track, with the assistance of the Hagerstown City Police, but showed negative results.  The WCSD also assisted in patrolling the surrounding area for the suspect.
