An Ohio woman was arrested by McHenry Barrack troopers Sunday for possessing two loaded handguns in her vehicle. Trooper First Class A. S. Nelson stopped Angela Fischer, 22, of Wooster, Ohio around 12:30 PM for speeding (83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone) on eastbound I-68 at Lower New Germany Road.
