10:50 PM UPDATE – Units have cleared the scene and the road is now reopened to traffic.
9:30 PM – Allegany County 911 reports that Route 220 has been shut down near Rawlings Heights Drive for a reported head on collision with entrapment.
The road has been closed in both directions as police, fire and EMS have been summoned to the scene.
