The 45th annual Heritage Days festival will once again occupy the downtown mall and most of Washington Street in Cumberland. The festival is host to more than 125 artisans and food vendors who fill up the sidewalks on Washington and Baltimore streets. The event also features street entertainment and a children’s carnival. Hours for the event are
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
