Potomac Edison is reporting thousands of customers without power as gusty winds are testing the local electric grid.
As of 9:00 PM…
In Allegany County, over 400 are without power, with nearly 300 in the Little Orleans area.
In Mineral County, over 1000 are without electric, with over 900 in the Keyser area.
There are pockets of a couple dozen spread around the entire region, and crews are not permitted in bucket trucks until the winds subside.
