Location is the key word here. From a personal perspective I can assure you and prove that right here at my house in WV is one of the worst. For over 9 years now I have been paying for Hi-Speed internet. My best data rate is 13KB. That’s not Hi-Speed Frontier. That’s disgusting and absurd for the year 2019. Great job Maryland. Maybe Somebody in WV or Frontier will see this and get busy connecting rural WV to the world of today.
