There's a move afoot in the Maryland General Assembly to scuttle Governor Larry Hogan's plan to start restoring highway user funds to local counties.
Instead, one plan in the State Senate would eliminate the money Hogan had proposed and instead give a one time $25 million grant to local municipalities, leaving the counties out in the cold.
