Allegany County Emergency Management reports an accident in the Hillcrest Drive area along Interstate 68 East with at least one person fleeing the scene on foot. Reports are that a vehicle struck the rear of a tractor trailer casuing some damage. The driver of the care apparently then exited his vehicle and ran from the scene. The disabled vehicle near the exit ramp has caused a bit of a traffic delay. Police are on the scene.
