Hogan Expects “Normal” Election in November

Maryland Governor Larry Hogan said he expects the November general election to go on "as normal as possible."  Appearing on WBAL he said he expects all polling places to be open and the state will provide personal protective equipment and sanitary measures for all poll workers. Hogan said that because of the  pandemic, anyone who doesn't feel safe going out can vote by mail. He also wants to see early voting centers established as well as having regular polling places open on Election Day…
