Violent crime shows no sign of slowing in Baltimore as a 13-year-old boy was shot and killed on Wednesday night in Baltimore. Police say the child was among three people killed and four injured in shootings on Halloween. That brings the total to 34 homicides in the month of October following 37 in September.
