The 2018 session of the Maryland General Assembly doesn’t open until January 10th- but Governor Larry Hogan and his administration have spent much of the summer putting together legislative priorities to push for in what will be his final session before running for re-election. Hogan says that with 2018 being an election year, there will be the added distraction of politics coming into play- but his administration hopes to block that out and move forward with an aggressive agenda come January…
