The House Republican Caucus has asked Governor Larry Hogan to consider easing the restrictions in place in rural areas of the state where COVID-19 is not a major factor, if you believe the numbers. Governor Hogan on Friday told reporters in Annapolis that it's too early for that, but plans are in the works…

I believe many who drove down in their vehicles to protest the Governor restrictions had to be from Rural areas.

Just like any major trend or fad, this virus will take time to spread out to the rural areas. NYC is a prime example how the major hot spot is NYC proper but its take time to spread out to the suburbs and then out to rural areas. Thinking everyone is working on the same timeline is foolish. As usual, we are behind the rest of the state in reaching out peak so I think Hogan for turning this down.

While our population may be smaller, the ability of our health care system to respond is also smaller. Our local numbers are rising. Since our President has completely abdicated any Federal response, we should all be grateful that Governor Hogan is listening to the experts and doing his best to keep Marylanders safe.

First, I don’t know Ken. He isn’t thinking just about himself. He understands the importance of using intelligent thinking concerning the Covid 19 virus. Gov Hogan is totally correct and Ken is also.

Thanks Mark and Linmarie! It will get worse here before it gets better. We haven’t reached the apex yet. Stay strong and healthy!

This infection is like a long row of dominoes. The first domino drops long before the last one.
Put 6 ft. between the dominoes and the chain is broken.
