At the end of this year employees at the Holiday Inn in downtown Cumberland could be losing their jobs. The company that manages the hotel, Pillar Hotels & Resorts, filed notice Tuesday with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation that it is terminating management contracts with the Holiday Inn in Cumberland, the Holiday Inn in Frederick and the Holiday Inn Express in Frederick,
