The 15th annual Hooley Plunge is set for Saturday as once again hundreds are expected to brave the freezing waters of Lake Habeeb at Rocky Gap State Park for the biggest single day fundraiser in the area. The event, once again coordinated by Alhambra Wamba Caravan No. 89, gets underway at 1 p.m. with registration starting at 10 a.m. Plunge co-chair Rob Adams tells WCBC News that the event is a great way to have fun, while at the same time raising money for Special Olympics of Allegany County and other local programs benefitting the developmentally disabled…
