House of Delegates Unanimously Approve DUI Interlock Measure

The Maryland House of Delegates has unanimously approved a measure with strict penalties for those caught drinking and driving with children in a car. The bill was passed 135-0. The bill would require a person convicted of DUI with a passenger under age 16 would have to use the an interlock device for six months.
