House Passes Septic Bill

The Maryland House of Delegates has passed legislation to limit where septic systems can be installed in residential areas. According to WBAL News, the House voted and approved the bill which contains a four-tiered system on where new residential subdivisions can be located. The House amended the bill slightly, which must be approved by members of the Senate who passed their version of the bill in March.
