Hurricane Sandy To Be Felt Locally

Forecasters say residents of Northeastern Maryland, Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania are expected to get the brunt of the heavy rain from Hurricane Sandy- but the storm is expected to be felt locally as well. Heavy rain and wet snow could hit western Maryland and with heavy rain there is always a risk of flooding. Emergency officials say residents should prepare for flooding, high winds and lengthy power outages, as what is now Hurricane Sandy is expected to hit the east coast early this week.
