Allegany County 911 reports that eastbound Interstate 68 was shutdown at the top of Haystack Mountain for a half an hour early Sunday morning due to a vehicle accident.
The mishap was reported at 1:44 AM. Eastbound lanes were reopened at 2:13 AM.
