Allegany County 911 Emergency Center reports that all lanes of eastbound Interstate 68 were back to normal Thursday after an overturned vehicle was towed from the scene at about 7 a.m. No injuries were reported and the driver of the overturned passenger car was out of the vehicle and safe when firstresponders arrived on the scene following alert at 5:55 a.m. Orleans Volunteer Fire Department, Flintstone Ambulance and Maryland State Police responded to the incident that occurred in the area of the 66 mile marker in the Town Hill area.
