Allegany County Emergency Management is reporting that Interstate 68 East bound lanes were closed earlier this afternoon as a result of a multi vehicle accident at the 31 mile marker. All lanes are now re-opened. Indications are that at least three people have been transported from the scene with injuries. Further details will be provided as they are made available.
