As hundreds of western Marylander's get in their cars to to travel to Annapolis Thursday for the annual PACE reception- but the weather doesn't look to be cooperating. The forecast overnite Wednesday into Thursday calls for sleet, freezing rain and ice- making hazardous road conditions. The sleet and freezing rain is expected to continue through late Thursday morning when it changes to rain.
