A number of accidents reported early Tuesday morning as a result of the winter weather moving through the region. A tractor trailer and a vehicle collided on Green Street in Cumberland, and reports of a tractor trailer accident on I-68 west near Finzel. As a result, I-68 west at Frostburg is how closed.
