Improvements Still Needed For Healthcare Website

Officials in Maryland say there are still improvements needed to the website handling the state version of the Affordable Care Act. As of Friday, November 1st, the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange says it has enrolled 4500 people into insurance plans.  MHBE Chairman Joshua Sharfstein who is also the State Health Secretary tells WBAL Radio that problems remain with the state's healthcare website, but he says there have been gradual improvements. He said it’s not unusual for pilot programs to experience start up difficulties….
