On Sunday at approximately 1:00AM, a white diesel pick-up entered the Wilhelm Recreation Area located on Avilton Lonaconing Road. The operator of the vehicle deliberately spun the vehicle in a circular motion in the grass area. The vehicle caused damage to the area.
