Police are searching for an inmate who they say walked away from a work detail in Baltimore.
The State Corrections Department says Maurice Goodman took off from the Mount Auburn Cemetery on Waterview Avenue Friday morning.
A corrections officer tried to ask him about some cigarettes and a cellphone he wasn't supposed to have when authorities say he ran away from the detail.
Goodman is serving ten years for drug possession. He was part of a detail from the Dorsey Run Correctional Facility.
Corrections officials say he goes by the nickname "Mo."
He's 5 '10", weighs 260 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
He's known as "Mo" and has a scar on his left ankle.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1.
