11:25 PM UPDATE: I 68 Eastbound has been reopened.
The Joint Communications Center of Allegany County advises that eastbound Interstate 68 has been shut down in Cumberland due to a tanker truck with a brake fire.
The truck is said to be hauling sulphuric acid.
