David Jones, the executive director of the Allegany College of Maryland Foundation, has announced that Ms Amanda Garland of LaVale is the recipient of the "WCBC Jim Robey Achievent Scholarship" . This award will be for $500 for the fall/summer 2015/2016 semesters
