WCBC News has learned that retired Maryland District Court Judge Miller Bowen has died at the age of 91.
Judge Bowen was born in Zihlman on August 9, 1924. He attended Beall High School, Frostburg State University, and the University of Maryland School of Law, graduating and being admitted to the Bar in 1951.
Miller Bowen also served in the United States Air Force, and was appointed as a judge of the Maryland District Court in 1971,
