Churches and proms were among the topics covered by West Virginia Governor Jim Justice in his regular COVID-19 update Wednesday afternoon. Churches reopened in the state in May 10th- and since that time a half dozen churches in communities across the state have reported outbreaks of Coronavirus. A Hamsphire County church was the first to report problems with eight members testing positive.
