WCBC brought up the status of local roads projects at the Friday press conference of West Virginia Governor Jim Justice. Often times, capital projects are postponed, or even canceled, when budget issues such as the one that has come up with state revenues taking a hit during the pandemic. Governor Justice told WCBC News that's not the case.
