A Friday afternoon single vehicle crash on Hutton Road in Garrett County led to the arrest of a Kingwood man on drug and weapons charges.
Sheriff's Deputies say 43 year old Harold Ray Donovan was found to be in possession of CDS as well as a loaded handgun.
He was taken to the Garrett County Detention Center to await arraignment on those and associated traffic charges.
