Garrett County Sheriff's Deputies were called to investigate a four wheeler accident early Sunday morning in Kitzmiller.
At around 1:30 AM, 51 year old Jimmy Junior Lipscomb was operating an unregistered ATV on Center Street when he rolled the vehicle near Kitzmiller Road.
Lipscomb was seriously injured and transported to Western Maryland Health System by Southern Garrett Rescue Squad.
Kitzmiller Fire Department also responded.
Alcohol is believed to have been a factor.
