WCBC recently hosted a post session exchange of ideas between District 1B Delegate Jason Buckel and District 3A Delegate Carol Krimm, a native of Cumberland. Krimm had success this year in pushing through a bill which will lead to a more equitable arrangement for taxpayers in the City of Frederick, but she believes it could help economic development in Cumberland…
