The Allegany County Sheriff's Department has listed a local man as missing.
Jack Swafford, 29 years old, 5' 9", 160 pounds slender build, short brown hair. Swafford has his ears, nose and lower lip pierced. He was last seen wearing a 2 tone long sleeve burgundy t-shirt and tan cargo pants.
Swafford always wears a baseball style cap. Swafford Left his home in lower LaVale, MD., on March 27, 2017. When he left he told his mother he was walking to Queen City Drive McDonalds located in Cumberland, Md., utilizing the Allegany Highlands bike trail.
Swafford Has not been heard from since.
Citizens are asked to call the Allegany County Sheriff's Office with any information regarding the whereabouts of Swafford.
