A 70 year old Preston County, WV, man was killed Tuesday when a lawn mower he was driving rolled over on him and a three year old.
Harlin Wolfe, Sr, died at the scene as a result of the accident, which happened early Tuesday afternoon. The three year old was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The location was near Horse Shoe Run Road in Eglon, just south of Garrett County.
West Virginia State Troopers in Kingwood are heading up the investigation.
